This is practice material. It is not medical advice and it is not speech therapy. It does not replace a speech-language pathologist.

The tool offers practice activities and counts what was practiced. That is all it does.

No medical advice

Nothing in this tool is advice about your health or about any one person. It does not examine, diagnose or measure anything.

We make no claim and no promise about what practice will do for any person.

Using this tool does not make the author your doctor or your clinician.

Questions about your health belong with your own doctor or speech-language pathologist.

Emergencies

Sudden new trouble speaking or understanding is an emergency. Call 911 or your local emergency number now. Tell your doctor or speech-language pathologist about trouble swallowing or changes in mood.

What you may do

• Use the tool, free of charge, for your own practice or to practice with someone else.
• Print sets, partner sheets and the list for your own use.
• If you are a clinician, print the sheets and hand them to the people you work with.

What you may not do

• Sell the material, or copy it into another product, website or book.
• Remove the practice line or the safety line from a printed sheet.
• Describe the material as something it is not, or say that it has an effect that we do not claim.
• Interfere with the site, or try to get into parts of it that are not public.

Who owns the material

The items, the cues, the partner guide, the pages and the design belong to the author. All rights are kept, apart from the uses allowed above.

Provided as it is

The tool is provided as it is. We take care with it, but we do not promise that it has no mistakes, that it will always be available, or that it suits any particular purpose.

If you find a mistake in an item, please tell us. We list what we change on the page called What has changed.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or harm that comes from using the tool or from being unable to use it.
