If an item, a cue or an instruction has a mistake, or reads as unclear or unkind, please tell us.

What to include

The words of the item, as they appear on the screen or the sheet.
The name of the activity and the step, if you know them.
What the problem is, in a sentence or two.

What to leave out

Anything about a person's health.
The name of the person who was practicing.
What was practiced or how many items. We do not need it.
